Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Velocity Fitness Supply, we are dedicated to providing a clear and reliable shipping process. Whether you’re purchasing a single piece of equipment or an entire gym setup, we carefully manage each order to ensure it reaches your doorstep securely. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Cancellations
Need to make a cancellation? No problem!

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled any time prior to being shipped for products that are not custom-made or non-returnable.

After Shipment: If tracking details have been issued, the order is already on its way and cannot be canceled. However, you can return it once it arrives (see Returns section).

Pre-Orders & Backorders: Cancellations are accepted anytime before the item ships, unless otherwise stated.
Please Note: The following items can only be canceled within 24 hours of ordering:

Custom or made-to-order products (such as special colors, finishes, logos)

Non-returnable merchandise
Delivery Timeline
On average, orders arrive in 2–10 business days, including:

1–3 business days for processing (Mon–Fri)

1–7 business days for transit (Mon–Fri), based on your location and shipping method.
Small packages shipped via standard carriers typically arrive quicker, while large freight shipments may take a bit longer due to scheduling and transit distance.
We strive for accuracy, but occasional delays (weather, volume, or supply chain) may occur. For exact timing, refer to the product page or email sales@velocityfitnesssupply.com
Tracking Your Order
You’ll be kept in the loop with tracking information at each step:
For items under 150 lbs:

A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped.

You can follow your order’s progress via the carrier link provided (typically UPS or FedEx).
For items over 150 lbs:

Shipped via freight carrier.

You’ll receive freight tracking details and a phone call to arrange delivery at a convenient time.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us at sales@velocityfitnesssupply.com as soon as possible. Address updates can only be processed before the order is shipped. Once in transit, changes can no longer be made.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—Velocity Fitness Supply is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Free Standard Shipping
We provide free standard shipping on all orders:

No order minimums or extra fees.

Ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or freight (for large/heavy items) are used depending on the product.
Processing & Fulfillment
Order Confirmation:
You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Processing Time:
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. If more time is needed, we will notify you.
Packaging:
Items are packaged securely based on their size and shipping method. Each product page provides an estimate of prep time.
Shipping Methods
Ground Shipping:

Delivered to your front door or driveway.

Tracking provided for packages under 150 lbs.

Transit time: typically 1–7 business days.
Freight Shipping (LTL):

For large/heavy items (150 lbs+).

Delivered curbside (not indoors or upstairs).

A delivery appointment and adult signature are required.

Free liftgate service is included.

Assistance may be needed to unload.
Freight Deliveries — What to Expect
Scheduling:
Freight carriers will call to set up a delivery time. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
At Delivery:
Shipments are delivered curbside with a liftgate where applicable.
If shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock, delivery will be made to the dock.
Inspection:
Before signing, inspect all packaging:

Look for any visible damage.

If you notice any damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt (example: “DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION”).

Take photos/videos and email them to sales@velocityfitnesssupply.com
After Delivery:
Please open and inspect your order within 2–3 business days. If you discover any damage or missing items:

Contact us at sales@velocityfitnesssupply.com with photos or video proof.

We will coordinate with the manufacturer to send replacement parts or products at no cost.
Our goal is to ensure your equipment arrives in excellent condition — we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Common Shipping Issues
Damaged Shipments:
Inspect orders on arrival. For freight shipments, be sure to note damage on the BOL prior to signing.
Send photos/videos of any damage to sales@velocityfitnesssupply.com promptly.
We’ll quickly arrange replacements for any damaged parts.
Replacement Parts:
Damaged or defective parts will be replaced as soon as possible. We may request photos or additional details to ensure accuracy.
Storage & Delivery Delays:
If you are unavailable to accept delivery:

Freight carriers usually hold items for 3–5 business days only.

Additional fees (storage or redelivery) may apply.

If you need us to delay shipping, please let us know in advance.
Refused Deliveries:
If a delivery is refused for reasons other than confirmed damage, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected (typically within 2–3 weeks).
Additional Delivery Options
Inside Delivery:
If you would like items brought into your garage or inside your property, contact us before your order ships to request inside delivery (additional fees may apply).
Assembly Services:
We offer professional assembly services for many products. Please contact us for a quote before or after purchase.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed that same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
