Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.

At Velocity Fitness Supply, our goal is to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes things change, and if you need to cancel, return, or report a delivery issue — we’ve got you covered.

Cancelling an Order

Changed your mind? No problem!

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel any order prior to shipment for products that are not custom-made or classified as non-returnable.

  • After Shipment: If tracking information has already been issued, the order cannot be canceled — but you may still return it after delivery (see Returns section).

  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: Can be canceled any time before the item ships unless otherwise noted.

The following products may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as unique frame colors, upholstery, or logos)

  • Items marked as non-returnable


30-Day Return Window

If your item isn’t quite right — we’ve made it easy to return:

  • Return Deadline: Within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, in brand-new condition, and returned in their original packaging. We may request photos or video to verify condition.

  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). We do not supply prepaid return labels — however, if you’d like, we can generate one for you and deduct the cost from your refund.

For defective or damaged items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery — we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

For non-defective returns: If you simply changed your mind, no problem — unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.


Return Instructions

We want your return process to be as smooth as possible. Please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Review our return guidelines:
Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
Item is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition/packaging
For damaged/defective items: provide photos/videos

Step 2:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if applicable)

Step 3: We will provide return instructions. You may purchase your own return label or request one from us (cost deducted from your refund).

Step 4: Pack your return:

  • Use original packaging, include all accessories/manuals

  • Attach the return label to the outside of the box

Step 5: Ship your item:

  • Drop off at the designated carrier

  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Step 6: We will inspect your return upon receipt:

  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 10 business days

Important:
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria (for example: used, damaged, or incomplete items). Shipping fees are non-refundable. We comply with all applicable return/refund laws.


Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply 


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened products

  • Assembled or installed equipment

  • Custom or made-to-order products (special upholstery or color options)


Damaged Deliveries

While rare, damage can occur during shipping — here’s how to handle it:

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect your items carefully

  • Take clear photos/videos of any damage

For Freight (LTL) shipments:

  • Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing

Report timing:

  • Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS): Report within 7 days

  • Freight carriers: Report before the driver leaves

We will work directly with the manufacturer to provide necessary replacement parts or products.


Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery for any reason other than shipping damage:

  • You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping fees

  • Refunds will only be issued after the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected (usually 2–3 weeks)


Refund Processing Time

After your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Need to exchange an item? No problem — we offer exchanges on both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery:

  • Defective items: We will replace your item at no extra charge.

  • Non-defective items: You may exchange unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
